What's on... for men
The men’s work at St Mary’s exists to build up Christian men in their faith, to encourage men’s fellowship and to help equip the sharing of the gospel with other men. Throughout the year we have a variety of different events specifically for men. Details of these, and other events suitable for men, are regularly updated on this page of our website.
Events Specifically for Men
The Mens' Reading Group is highly recommended for men who would like to meet together to consider aspects of the Christian faith in detail.
Join some of the men of St Mary's and others for a kick around on Saturday mornings...

Why not take this opportunity to invite friends and family to come and see what church is about?
Men, you are invited to come for a delicious full English with our very own Alex Sharp who will be speaking on 'Why can we trust the Bible'. It will take place in the Hall at St Mary's, at 8am on Saturday, 3rd February.
Regular Events and Activities
Once a month, a group of us meet in St Mary's Coffee Shop to play board games. If you enjoy a game of scrabble or any other board game (bring your favourite with you of you want), you are welcome to join us....
St Mary's Coffee Shop is open weekdays from 10am-12noon during term time. We offer a variety of teas and coffees, snacks and home-made cakes...
At least once a term we have meals for each of our congregations. Keep an eye on the programme card for dates.
We encourage every member of our church family to be involved in a small group, where they can study the Bible together, as well as pray for, encourage and support one another.
